Where is the book "Olympia"?

Where are there still copies of "Olympia, that is, the Olympic Games of the Greeks, imitated from the Romans, taken from ancient Greek and Roman authors"?

I initially searched WorldCat: "WorldCat.org is a global catalog of library materials. You can search for books, music, video, articles, and much more at libraries near you." I found the following books there. There are probably still some in private hands. There's no information on that yet.

There are four different editions of the book: "Olympia, that is, the Olympic Games of the Greeks, imitated from the Romans, taken from ancient Greek and Roman authors":

• The special edition of the photomechanical reprint in parchment with gold lettering - Five books of this edition were printed. The whereabouts of one book are now known: Koninklijke Bibliotheek
